We check all of your orders during the packing stage to ensure that the right accessories are included. We have a QC team who tests your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is also the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line.

Please contact the customer service representative as soon as possible to find damage or obvious color differentia on the product received. We will arrange your request for exchange or refund after the faulty confirmation. Please ensure the product is unused and head back to the designated address after the acquiring of RMA.

All new products with the original packaging in unopened condition can be returned within 15 days starting from the date you received them.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Customer Service through any of the methods provided on our Contact Us page.

Products that receives in any of the following conditions are NOT eligible for return:

Any product not purchased from

Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.

Any product returned without all content in the original packaging and accessories (e.g., Box, manuals, and cable…, etc.) will be subject to a restocking fee or rejected in its entirety.

Any product which the UPC has been removed from its packaging.

Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product in damaged condition, this would not be considered as a return.

Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered with.


Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items

If no longer carries an item sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, we will issue you a refund towards your next purchase on or refund the payment to you within 3 workdays.

Defective Returns

Defective products must be returned in the original box with all packaged materials, including any other materials[e.g., promotional items shipped with the product. THE UPC LABEL MUST BE INTACT, and THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT MUST MATCH THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. Any merchandise that does not have a return authorization number will not be processed. All defective returns products should be shipped to the specified address.

Damaged Returns

We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your package appears damaged upon receipt, please refuse the shipment. If the shipping company has left and you realize that your package is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

Due to the time constraints to file a shipping damage or loss claim, all shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product. If you have any questions, please see our Shipping Terms and logistic issues or contact our customer service.

Refusing Undamaged Packages

If you refuse your package (except for damaged shipments), you will be charged the full shipping price. If you ordered a product with promotional shipping, you would be liable for the full shipping price upon refusing the package.
